The Challenge

Every year, Avery looks to have 10,000+ displays built, filled and shipped to mass market and specialty retailers, such as Walmart, K-Mart, Meijer, Office Depot, Kroger, Target and Ahold, in time for the back to school season. Displays range from sidekicks, PDQ / display trays, quarter pallets, half pallets, full pallets, and towers.

FCP’s contract packaging team assembled the right resources to cost-effectively ensure the proper building and fulfillment of the multi-dimensional retail point-of-sale displays within a two-month production window. Along the way, FCP collects and audits inventory of product, carefully assembles and accurately fulfills display cases, and then bundles it according to specifications for shipment to retailer/customer in time for the back-to-school season.
